Bio

Oreoluwa Oduniyi is an indigene of Ogun State, he was born 24th April, 1988 at the Ogun State Hospital Complex, Ilaro, Ogun State. He started his education at Omolayo International Nursery and Primary School and then proceeded to Roseborn International College for his Secondary Education. Oreoluwa gained admission to study Law at the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Osun State in 2005 and obtained his Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree in 2010. He was called to the Nigerian Bar on 14th of February, 2012 and proceeded for the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Ondo State at the Civil Litigation Department of the Ondo State Ministry of Justice. He enrolled for and bagged a Masters degree in Law (L.L.M) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State in 2015.

After the one year NYSC posting, Oreoluwa joined the law firm of PC Iwu & Co., in Abeokuta Ogun State in 2013 and left for the Civil Litigation Department of the Ogun State Ministry of Justice as a State Counsel in May 2014. He was with the Ministry of Justice till December 2017 when he took up an offer of employment as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

His research interests include: Medical Jurisprudence, International Humanitarian Law, Constitutional Law, Human Right Law and Family Law. He is a member of various professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Institute of Management and very recently, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (Nigerian Branch). Oreoluwa is actively involved in both curricular and extra-curricular activities. He has attended various Conferences and Seminars.
