Dr. Joseph B. Oyedele (BSc, MSc, PhD)

Joseph Bamidele Oyedele received his BSc in Estate Management (Obafemi Awolowo University-OAU, Nigeria), MSc. (OAU, Nigeria) and PhD from The University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, UK where he examined The Capital Markets and the Delivery Vehicles for International Infrastructure Investments. Dr. Oyedele is a Senior lecturer at the Department of Estate Management in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. His area of research covers property development finance, public private partnership (PPP), global infrastructure investment and portfolio analysis. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. Dr Oyedele has over 20 publications to his credit and has presented papers in conferences across Africa, Europe and America.
