Dr. T.T. Oladokun

Timothy Tunde Oladokun is a lecturer at the Department of Estate Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in Nigeria. He holds an MSc Science degree in Estate Management from University of Lagos, Nigeria and a PhD degree by research from Obafemi Awolowo university. He is a registered estate surveyor and valuer and an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Timothy is currently researching in the area of corporate real estate management and facilities management  Prior to joining the academia, Oladokun had over twelve years experience in active professional practice. He published widely and has presented papers in conferences at home and abroad and has also won the Emerald Group Publishing  (U.K) Property Management Best Paper Award (2010).
