Tejumade O. Siyanbola, PhD. is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Industrial Relations at the Department of Management and Accounting, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria. She holds B.Sc., MBA and MPhil. from OAU, a PhD. in Industrial Relations from Kent Business School, University of Kent, UK, and Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), also from the University of Kent, UK.

Her research focuses broadly on Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs), and the management of such businesses, particularly the human resource affiliated to them. Dr. Siyanbola has in-depth knowledge of the design, data collection and analyses of social scientific studies using either quantitative or qualitative approach, or a combination of both (mixed-methods) where appropriate to provide and disseminate high quality information for managerial and policy decisions making.

She belongs to a number of academic and professional organisations including being a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc.CIPD), UK and a member of Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).
