Mr. A.O. Oyedokun is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Demography and Social Statistics. He assists in taking tutorials in Mathematics for Social Scientists I (SSC 105); Introduction to Population Studies I and II (DSS 201 and DSS 202); Statistical Methods and Sources II (SSC 202).

He worked on Domestic violence and Contraceptive use in Ife-north Local Government area of Osun state, Nigeria for His Masters dissertation and on Knowledge, attitude and practice of exclusive breastfeeding in Ogbomoso area of Oyo state, Nigeria during his B.Sc. programme. He is currently on a PhD programme at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa where he majors in the area of adolescent sexual and reproductive health.

His areas of research interest are: Fertility, Women studies, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Aging. He is about defending his PhD thesis.
